Refund Policy

At APF, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because our apparel, decals, and accessories are custom produced through our fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at builds@anchorlinepf.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please review all product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues resulting from an incorrect size selection.

Orders reported as lost in transit may qualify for a replacement after carrier investigation and confirmation.

APF reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
