Welcome to APF (Anchorline Performance & Fabrication). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screens, printing methods, and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

Custom Production

Many APF products are made to order through our fulfillment partners. Production times may vary based on product availability, order volume, and shipping conditions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

If you need assistance with an order, contact builds@anchorlinepf.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. APF is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to that policy.

Intellectual Property

All APF logos, graphics, designs, images, product names, branding, and content are the property of APF and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
