Thank you for shopping with APF (Anchorline Performance & Fabrication).
Order Processing
Most APF products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (when available)
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, APF cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact builds@anchorlinepf.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
APF is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location.
International Shipping
Shipping availability and delivery times vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
